About the Textbook Exchange
The Textbook Exchange was launched in December of 2007 by Commerce Students' Association Marketing IT Director Rui Santos, with assistance from his Systems Analysis and Design classmates Waqas Akhtar, Waqas Aslam, Sunny Dhaliwal, and Hailong Xu. The idea came about when members of the CSA Executive Council found the purchasing of textbooks for courses in the Asper School of Business to be much too time-consuming and frustrating, and looked for an easier approach.
If you would like the satisfaction of finding good and cheap textbooks without the usual hassles of playing hide-and-seek or battling huge lineups at the stores, then you are in the right place. Also, if you are a seller looking to sell a new or used textbook but would rather skip commission fees and worrying whether your item will sell, then the Textbook Exchange can help. |
